Google Bad Review 1: Booked an eye test for this afternoon (Friday) on Monday this week. Arrived 5mins before the appointment and the place is closed. I waited 20mins outside assuming might just have popped out quickly. But no. Poor customer service and I will not be re-booking.

Google Bad Review (2): Very disappointed with Aristine optical. They seem not to care about their customers. My glasses were lost in delivery and the owner was rude when I was asking to understand what happened and when they will be delivered. When the glasses arrived, the glasses did not have the nose pads changed whereas they were supposed to be, it has been almost 2 months now and nobody called me to get them changed, awful customer service.
