Never respond to your necessity
They didn’t comply with the tenancy agreement
Team customer service no clue always on hold
They avoid taking your call
At the end a member of the letting department told me look you ,,, your deposit you are not getting back we are an agency

Google Bad Review (2): Update 5th Feb 2019 : Have not seen an agency who talks about recievieng so many awards but falling deaf to needs of the tenants who let property via them.
I have been chasing them for invoice that their team got for removals from the property as it involved my own monies but no one bothered to call or follow up on same.
There wasn't a call as token of courtesy from Nick who's their Senior Letting Manager after going to their office and e-mailing him, agreed a person might be busy but can't be busy for a week or two.
I would refrain my friends and ask them to be extra cautious if they going via this estate agent as they just brag about awards and do nothing when it comes to being people centric agency.
I have literally moved from 5 star to 1 star (google doesn't let me strip it to no stars)
