Google Bad Review 1: Would not recommend this company to manage your building or block of flats. The communal halls are absent of fire extinguishers for a long time, the grounds are poorly managed, when reporting criminal activity has occurred on the premises to the Jennings and Barrett they could not even be bothered to return a phone call. The gardeners they employ arrive for 10 mins and leave, the place looks a state!
The guttering system has been broken so long that water is running down the building and created damp which has turned to mould, this has resulted in the bedroom becoming uninhabitable. Through no option remaining we have had to involve environmental heath to take over this case. This issue has been on going for nearly 2 years, I have seen the management company here physically once! No contact by the block management has ever been received by us, they must have spent their yearly budget on noise complaint letters.
This complaint is in no way a representative of Capitol Estates who manage the flat, although slow in their process have been very helpful once prompted.

Google Bad Review (2): Avoid if you can, as a Tenant everything was ok until I tried to get my deposit back after the tenancy agreement ended. The flat was left very clean and not problems on the check out. Then they asked me an invoice of a professional cleaner that was not on the contract, they wanted to take money from my deposit for not reason. I asked many times for them to explain the problem so I could solve it. But they never did because there was no problem, they just wanted to try to take my deposit for not reason what I find dishonest and unlawful. Luckily, I know my rights and after a couple of letters they had to return the money but it was a waste of time. I think this dishonest company always try to take money from your deposit and if you let them, they will take it all.
