Google Bad Review 1: UPDATE ..this estate agent called me and asked me to change the review to a 5 star ! I said I'd happily do that once the job was done ..it seemed that was not good enough and Paul put his case forward . I asked if it was policy for the company to ask clients to change their reviews and Paul stated his position as manager of 2 shops and argued with me .. now this company initially wanted 2% but quickly dropped to £495 for the same service but required a 5 star rating prior to sale .. I am afraid that Paul has now lost my business due to him pushing my opinion to his favour whilst not listening and trying to force a good review …. what a shame !.. This estate agent also put one of their sales boards outside my property without my instruction

Google Bad Review (2): Made appointment – Agent cancelled it last min – was making my way with kid and baby – How unprofesstional can you get – Branch Manager called he would rebook the appointment in a day or two – He disappreaed on me.
I had bad experince in Swanley branch a year and half was trying to give acorn another chance.
