Google Bad Review 1: No one picks up the phone on Saturday even if you call 15 times. The agent showed up almost 30 minutes late while I waited in freezing weather, only to tell me he doesn’t have the keys. He asked me to “wait for another 30 minutes” for him to drive to the office and come back. Such nerve! The service is a disgrace. Especially considering they are selling high-end property.

Google Bad Review (2): Would rate zero if i could.
Simon rolled in a cool 35 minutes late for our viewing at 12 midday in Kentish Town last Saturday. I called the phone number on our confirmation email twice (once at 12, and again at about 12.10). It rang out once, then the second time spoke to someone who said he was five mins away. He wasn't.
Didn't look anyone in the eye when finally he let us in to view; muttered a cursory apology (i think) as he fumbled with his keys to let the back log of angry people in who'd given up their Saturday morning to see perhaps the most depressing shoebox basement flat in kentish town.
Disappointing experience, so so mad.
