Google Bad Review 1: My mother had an operation and the nurses were not up to the standards and were not respectful with my mother and my mum does not speak English and they did not bring her an interpreter, the nurses do not know how to take blood from a vein and they hurt my mother, we will never back to this hospital ever , It's better to close the hospital than to be in disappointed service

Google Bad Review (2): The organisation of the hospital is absolutely abysmal and I don't understand how they are allowed to operate. I had my appointment cancelled multiples times without anyone telling me. Although my consultant has told that I will need surgery I don't know at this point if the staff are even capable of scheduling it. The staff are pretty rude and unhappy to answer any questions.
