Google Bad Review 1: Terrible experience. Private ward nurses invisible. I was left in a lot of post surgery pain for hours and no help from nurses. Finally contacted my surgeons clinic off site asking for help. They immediately called ward and prescribed painkillers. My nurse went to hospital pharmacy to get pills and two hours later came back to say they didn’t have them. I had a ward doctor pre:operation ask me the same question six times as well as some completely irrelevant questions. I have no confidence in this hospital at all. I didn’t feel safe there. Strongly advise against it. Quality of nursing staff, in particular, very low.

Google Bad Review (2): Tried to book Dr Adil Sheraz but was treated horribly by his staff – I’ve lodged a complaint but it seems there’s noone willing to hear or process this. Happy to change this review if someone from Dr Adil Sheraz’s office is willing to contact me to discuss further so that improvements can be made so others can’t be treated the way I have.
