Google Bad Review (2): I had an absolutely appalling experience with this clinic. Firstly, on one occasion the receptionist had me wait about twenty minutes in the rain as she was on the phone (as she didn't have the decency to ask the person on the phone to hold).
Most recently in April, I saw the dentist who told me I had a cracked tooth. They then proceeded to try to extract the infection but told me at the end of the appointment that they were unable to and so sealed the tooth anyways! That set me back nearly £200!!
Two weeks later, I ended up with horrendous jarring pain, that kept me up at night and meant I would cry every time I tried to eat. I alerted the dentist via email and was initially ignored. Then I phoned and they said that I would be contacted by the dentist that day or the day after. The day came, I DIDNT HEAR FROM THEM. Nor was I asked to come in to be seen!! Absolutely appalling.
I finally heard from the dentist via the phone almost a week later to be told that there was no way it could be an infection. Even though I knew it could very well be. Thankfully I was able to be seen by another dentist saw me right after – and who said indeed an abscess was forming.
Steer clear of this dentistry. They do not care about their customers and will leave you in pain.
