Google Bad Review 1: Appalling service and totally unprofessional. I was unhappy with the standard of the end of tenancy clean that I paid for. They failed to honour the agreement to send someone back if the standard of cleaning was unsatisfactory. I made numerous phone calls and emails that were completely ignored. If you are looking for a professional cleaning service do not use them.

Google Bad Review (2): They cancelled my booking just a week before giving me a very unprofessional reason saying that their team got sick. A whole team got sick at the same time?! And there is no back up plan for a cleaning company that offers cleaning for customers? It’s obvious that people can get sick but it’s your job to cover it and find another employee! We are not asking more as customers, it’s what you have been paid for! Also just realized in the comments, whenever there’s a bad comment, their response is we could not recognize you! When the comments are nice (very few of them anyways), the answer is thanks! You can do better than that, like listen to what your customers actually are complaining about!
