So, I don't really know where to begin but let's get started. I came to Life Chiropractic probably about a year and half ago maybe more with lower back pain/sciatica. At first it all seemed nice and the chiropractor was nice etc. However I was told a bunch of lies and basically shown a x-ray and was told that I had a bulging disc and spina bifida (curve of spine – something you are born with) at first I didn't know any better as I was in pain. The sales people are very heavy sales. However I have recently visited a Chiropractor in the area I'm living in now and guess what people… I do not have spina bifida! The fact that they told me i did is disgraceful but showing me an x-ray which was not mine is far worse! But to top it off I had a phone call from Life Chiropractic early September because I gave them a one star review when I explained to the manager exactly what had happened he said he will investigate it and then said he would send my x-ray results to an independent for analysis to see why I was told this. This was around the 14th September, it's now 12 October and guess what people. I haven't heard anything back.
My advice stay away from here as you will probably be shown a different x-ray and told that you have problems that you don't have.

Google Bad Review (2): Missing Uri already. My husband has been treated by Sophie and Uri for 14 years. He felt his treatment was not up to standard as he had a massage machine, which was quite aggressive placed on his back before being examined and was led to believe that his notes hadn’t been consulted. He was also treated disrespectfully with payment arrangements, which made him angry, and resulted in him raising his voice and slamming the door when leaving. Sadly he won’t now be returning.
