Google Bad Review 1: Messed up my three times order.
Omotou and nkatenkwan contained fish, after specifically requesting not to have it! Switched my meal to jollof which tasted burnt and then also got messed up. Chofi was hard.
Won’t be eating here again ever because even after messing up my order there was a slight lack of professionalism. I was told “next time to specify” even though I did, TWICE before the first meal came. The wait times were ridiculous & food was not piping hot. I’ll pass.

Google Bad Review (2): I would give a 5* but I have to give it a 2* for their service and waiting time which is just insane.
I have been to Julienest a few times and each time they take a very long time to serve the food even when not the place is not busy. I would definitely recommend the place as the food is delicious and well made however be ready to wait a long time to be served or just eat a snack or two before arriving to the restaurant because the waiting time is just AWFUL.
I have also ordered food to be picked up thinking that would be a better experience but it was not! Same thing, they will say 15 min and upon arrival you could be waiting 20 min more, communication is not great and if not lucky you go home and what was chicken that you ordered turned into beef!!
If they improve on waiting time, getting orders right and communication then it will definitely be a 4* if not 5* as the food does taste good.
