Google Bad Review 1: If I could give no stars I would. Rang day before to arrange a test drive of a car was given some story that everyone was given some story that everyone was going out from 8.30 till 10 so I wouldn't be able to test drive till after, ask to come in for 11 then told no one would be there till 2.30 and to ring back tomorrow. Rang back next day early, arranged to test drive the car at 3pm. Get there and met with blank faced staff member, asked to take it for a test drive. Found it stuck behind loads of other cars not ready to drive. Was told the roads where too busy to test drive the car?! I was told to drive it and it all is well put a deposit down and my friend from
Leicester would buy it. I rang my friend and said these lot are time wasters and wouldn't buy from that dealership. CAR HAD NO MOT ANYWAYS.
Note to the owner. From first phone call till me actually turning up, no one was interested in selling any cars. A not bothered attitude, I could tell they have no interest in selling your cars. Imagine ringing a day before, being told you couldn't come that day, come tomorrow at vague times. Ringing to confirm the next day the car was ready, turning up on time and being met with a blank face being told you I know nothing about the car and you cannot drive it even though I've asked you to come out of your way to do so. There just waiting for closing time.
