Google Bad Review 1: Was tricked to put a five star review on trust pilot by the salesman, had to have a five star for the order to go through. Was told by salesman that finance was a good option as interest was very low until I read through it the next day, £5000 interest, this took several attempts to correct. On day of getting bathroom fitted was surprised that all work was done in one day, old bathroom out & new one in, thought this was rushed as we were told three to four days.When looking at the bathroom on the night found water leaking from pipework had leaked into one bedroom & through hallway, found draws scraping on wall when opening & bottom draw falls out when opening, could not set shower temperature to any fixed temperature, had to come back the next day to fix problems. Was told the bathroom would be of the highest quality with the best fixtures, shower head & hand held rinse are made of plastic, when you open the draws you can see the old tiles that have been smashed, the bathroom door has been cut but isn’t straight & it took a further two months for them to come & fit cupboard handles, too many little details to list. This bathroom started at £11000 & I’ve payed £7000 don’t think it was worth it.

Google Bad Review (2): Terrible. Very good salesmen, terrible job management and aftercare. Avoid at all costs and if you are already getting work completed by Kitchens plus, do not sign off the job until you have tested and checked all work yourself. Your payment is not released until you sign which means they'll fix issues quickly, we waited 3 months for repairs. If you try to cancel job they will offer you the ‘chance' to go onto a cost-price waiting list. They do not do cost price jobs as fitters are not paid until you sign off the completed job. Also going by ‘Bathrooms Plus' and Windows Plus'
