Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely horrible service. Started our kitchen installation in February 2022 and we’re still waiting for the kitchen to be completed in June! No idea how they’re functioning as a company and I’m wondering what are their project managers doing? Just sitting around ignoring emails and have 0 communication with their clients.

Google Bad Review (2): AVOID. This company is a complete joke.
I ordered my appliances from Brooksmans, then got transferred to people in Lux Group, which also owns Smallbone.
It’s been 8 months since I placed the order and I haven’t received all my appliances. They have been ignoring my calls and emails.
I tried to make a complain but the person managing my order IS the Customer Service Manager.
They placed my order 1 month after I made the payment, which resulted in clashing with Christmas and overall extra 2 months delay.
When the order finally arrived, they ordered the microwave and oven in different colours…?!
Now it’s been another 2 months and I have been chasing for the right colour oven to arrive, still no news from them, they simply don’t respond.
I don’t know how they manage to exist in this market with their awful service.
