Google Bad Review 1: Appalling slow service. If your the only customer in there your still wait over 30 minutes to get served. They almost enjoy seeing how long they can keep you hanging on. Go to plumb centre up the road it's so much quicker.

Absolute time wasters… spent a lot of time going over products in store. Salesperson made no notes of what I wanted and when I asked them to make a list I was told to send one along with room designs.
Sent a full list of products with room layouts. They then requested room measurements, more work for me which I did and sent over.
Chased them via email, nothing… called and was told that they don't deliver to my area (odd as the website says they do UK delivery) and that there were too many problems with my products… sorry they can't help me and won't be able to provide a quote for over £15k worth of products (how ridiculous).
I'm now ordering all of my stuff from bpsuperstore.co.uk… no issues with these guys… got the quote within 4 hours, checked all my product worked with each other and made recommendations.
