Google Bad Review 1: Paul is an excellent audiologist and has looked after me with great care for some time. However, I shall not be using this shop again after my latest very unpleasant and upsetting experience; I am so sad to lose him. However I spoke to two women, one who answers the 0800 appointment number and the manager of the shop. Both, but the manager in particular, are so rude, condescending and patronising that I cancelled my approaching appointment and ended the conversation. It is a great pity that Paul has to lose customers( I am not the only one, as a friend of mine has left for the same reason and I see a previous comment here), custom has to suffer, and clients are left upset and without an excellent audiologist because the manager clearly has no idea how to speak to people who, in many cases, are vulnerable and do not need to be spoken to like stupid children.

Google Bad Review (2): If you can get over what a rude, condescending and supercilious woman runs the reception, I am sure the service may be very good. We walked out before actually having gone in to our appointment when we saw her being patronising and talking over an elderly man with severe hearing issues.
