Google Bad Review 1: I have received no report from Able group to inform me what problem they found at our property and what they have done to correct it. They just charged us for the service and I have received no further advice or communication. Very disappointing

Google Bad Review (2): I called this “group” for a blocked washing machine drainage; they quoted me £85+VAT per half-hour and was told that the plumber should complete the job within half an hour; otherwise he will tell me upfront.
Plumber came in and said he could finish within half an hour; but after the first half he clearly was faffing around and didn't manage to fix anything.
Into the second half hour I was told that I will be charged come what may; so even if they couldn't fix the problem, because they are an “honest” group!
I asked the man to leave after the second half an hour and objected to paying anything but the company deducted £95+VAT; charging me a bill of £205 for nothing; the drainage is still blocked and I only wasted one hour looking at a man pretending to be solving problems.
I tried calling twice and was promised that a supervisor would call on the first time; no one called and second call I was put on hold for half an hour only to be disconnected.
I sent an email which I will publish in due course; objecting to the charges but no answer has been received.
Dyno-Rod on the other hand will come and estimate the job for you before hands and tell you whether they can fix or not; if they can't they won't charge; those guys will over-charge you for wasting time!
