Google Bad Review: RICHMOND, UK: I regret to leave this -10 STAR review, however, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that this repair company provided. I called on them to repair a faulty heat sensor and was up sold an entire heat pump which cost 203.90 on 29.11.19. Days later the dishwasher presented the same heat sensor error code and ultimately the dishwasher began tripping our ENTIRE electrical system. I contacted the company over 10x. They eventually sent a technician to check their work, however, he stopped in to “re-calibrate” and then took off leaving us with the continued issue. I was then told that they needed to order a new part, leading me to believe that they likely unnecessarily installed an off-brand heat pump. In the meantime, I have been hand-washing my dishes now for over 4 weeks while dealing with exceptionally terrible customer service, over the holidays no less where I had 6 house guests (not to mention, I am a consultant and have also incurred lost productivity costs: upwards of 2k). They have made multiple promises to fix their error and have scheduled and no-showed multiple repairs, again over the holiday season. I have sat at home awaiting their visit and my calls and texts have not been responded to. Please do not use this service. What an absolute headache. This disrepair ultimately resulted in us having to replace the appliance entirely.
