Google Bad Review: Utterly useless and incompetent cowboys. This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! Very good at sending out invoices but when it comes to delivering a service they are absolutely atrocious. Full of excuses for every situation, take zero ownership of their responsibilities and will rip you off where possible on the way. All staff do when you back them up in to a corner and challenge them on their failings is to quote T&C’s in response to having no answers for their failings! If there was a medal for the most pathetic company out there HML would be triple gold!
