Llame para cambiar la cuenta de pago y me atendió un tal André nose si por el acento era portugués o árabe,tras varias contestaciones que me hizo de malas maneras ya no pude más y le dije que hablase con más calma a los clientes en plan crítica para mejorase en ese aspecto,su reacción fue la de hablarme incluso con menos respeto aún… profesionales así dejan mucho que desear, servicio al cliente pésimo al igual que esto digo que el servicio técnico bueno ya que me arreglaron el móvil perfectamente hace unos meses sin ningún problema.
