Google Bad Review: My mum had to go into this home for a short term placement while I had major surgery. After a week, should of been 6, we removed her from the home. She became 100% paranoid and totally distressed. She was convinced that they were talking about her all the time and was frightened. There was a whole series of events that occurred that proved that her care was poor. She was left to sit in the sun for so long that she burnt. They didn't hold her properly so she didn't feel safe at all. Having parkinsons, her mobility is very bad and she needs to be held securely. I wouldn't even give them one star but it wouldn't let me submit this without putting at least one. Poor management and lack of care skills and empathy have led to this catalogue of failures of the care of vulnerable people.
