Google Bad Review: Never recommend this company! The plumber turned up after 5:30 pm which was 1.5 hours later than arranged time with his van parked few streets away. He said he could not do the work after taking few pictures. Then when I asked him to see another work which is 5 minutes walk away, he said he did not want to do the work because the time was about to finish the day. I now understand why: even though he spent less than 15 minutes in the flat he would get paid for call out charge which the girl in the office deliberately avoided using the simple word of “call out charge” but used “attend to the property” which I was not aware of the meaning. Obviously the plumber had no intention to do the work judging by him parked his van far away from the property where the work supposed to be done. To charge people £96 for taking few pictures on the way back from work, how can you justify it?
