Google Bad Review: Amy who works here has a horrible attitude and is rude and unresponsive. I asked her about 3 questions about a property before she started to get snappy with me. Decided not to make an offer after speaking to her, she was rude from the phone call to our emails. After this AND the recent incident of racism from Savills, I have no idea why the reviews are so good, maybe they are asking their family and friends to say nice things on their behalf. Hire nicer staff members, not randoms who want to make a quick commission.
