Google Bad Review: I just sold a property with this agent, and up until a few weeks ago i would have given 5 stars.

However in the last stages of the sale (just before exchange) our buyer postponed a few times on the agreed exchange date.

At this point I would call the agent to ensure they applied pressure to the buyer and could explain to us what was happening.

Here we were dealing with Siobhan who seemed very proactive and professional.

However She was off work on the day we were due to complete for the second time.

I was unavailable on this day so asked my girlfriend to call and check why we had not exchanged.

She spoke to paul o’shea (the owner) and sternly but politely asked what was happening with our sale, and whether we could have an update of the buyers reason for postponing yet again.

His response was that his team are hard workers which he would repeat over and over again (whom we had no problems with) and he became very argumentative and unprofessional.

At this point he hung up the phone and left and promptly left an email stating he would no longer be helping in the sale and it was “with the solicitors now”.

He then seemingly scrolled through months of email exchanges of which he used to paint myself as the reason for the slow sale.

However luckily the sale did go through despite the lack of help at the end.

Its such a shame that paul became unprofessional,unhelpful and argumentative just at the point when we needed the agents help the most.
