Google Bad Review: PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PROPERTY INTO THIS SHOP AND DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THE TRADER. THE QUALITY OF REPAIR AND SERVICE IS VERY BAD.
I brought in my MacBook to be diagnosed and fixed. It took 2 weeks to complete the job and costed me £380. Most importantly the trader neglected his duty of care towards my property and was dishonest. I left my MacBook in the shop inside its case cover. On the collection the trader lost the case and claimed that he checked the CCTV camera and I left the MacBook without the case. I reported the trader to the Trading Standards Agency.
I JUST READ THE REPLY FROM THE TRADER. WHY WOULD I BE LYING?
THE POINT IS THAT THE OWNER DOESN'T PRACTICE BUSINESS ETHICS. THEY NEVER GAVE ME MY COMPUTER CASE BACK. THIS IS AN OVERPRICED AND NOT GENUINE BUSINESS. PLEASE FIND ME ON SOCIAL MEDIA IF YOU HAD A PROBLEM TOO . WE WILL TAKE AN ACTION TOGETHER.
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PROPERTY INTO THIS SHOP, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
