Google Bad Review: I had a very bad experience with this company. They are utterly unreliable to a surprising extent! This is how it went:
Week 1: they sent a cleaner who didn’t clean properly. Dust bunnies behind doors, dust on shelves and tables and dirty floors everywhere
Week 2: I asked them to send a different cleaner and they agreed. On the day of cleaning the cleaner didn’t show up and they told me she couldn’t find public transportation and they told me they will send me a replacement later that week. Later that week the alternative cleaner shows up and to my surprise it was the FIRST cleaner!!!!
Week 3: I cancelled with 3 days notice because we had Covid.
Week 4: the cleaner doesn’t show up and they tell me her son is ill.
Week 5: the cleaner shows up with severe Covid symptoms. When I leave the room I come back to see she is hugging my 5month old baby without my permission!!!
Week 6: they tell me my cleaner isn’t working until September and whether I want an alternative!
Are you joking? This is the most unreliable and unprofessional service I’ve come across!
