Google Bad Review: Extremely bad customer service, the guy with the specs on was not at all helpful. We took the van at 12pm and technically 24 hours finishes the next day at 12 right? But he asked us to return the van at 9am the next day. When we asked him why? He said that’s his company’s policy. But if you take van 1 hour late, they will charge you £25. How’s that fair.
Extremely rude guy.
Never ever recommend.
