Google Bad Review: I was looking to buy some essential oils – as I came in a surprised ‘hello' beckoned from the back of the store. I didn't pay attention to it, but then the ‘hello?!' came once again, so I replied with a warm hello. I was then immediately shadowed by the woman who was running the store. She asked what I wanted- I replied some incense essential oils to burn with candles. She then pretended not to know what that was. I then pointed to the essential oils on the side I suddenly noticed. Once again she asked me what I was looking for. Her insistence to help me, even though I like to browse, was demanding and almost annoyed, so I let her help me and said I was looking for a Jasmine scent. She then said it was 30 pounds and that it was possibly too expensive for me. She treated me like I was some pauper. I should have told her not to assume what people can afford. Very rude and condescending approach to customer care. I may not be one of your high class or middle class white customers who live in muswell hill mansions, but you really should have some respect for everyone. Gross and demeaning.
