Google Bad Review (2): Please be aware. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. This is the company that take advantages of desperate customers in urgent need.
It’s a carefully thought through system to trap the customers.
The outcall fees was £89 plus VAT on the phone initially.
When the plumber arrived at home, they sent an email saying that the “per hour or part of an hour” is £375. ( which is actually stressful to read as your house is flooding )
When the job was done, the total came to whooping £1,703.50
The plumber actually only did 2 hours and 10 mins, but because the 10 mins was “a part of an hour” so I had to pay for 3 hours ( 357 x3 = 1,125 £ ) which is insane. who can afford this?
I called the company as I was hoping to discuss the invoice, the person on the phone named “Mr. William Wright” ( Or as he referred to as Prince William’s William ) was extremely rude and defensive, before I could even explain the intention of my call and went on rampage about I was the one NEEDED THEM and knew what I was calling about, he went on to say that there are many complaints similar to mine. Very rude and proved that they have been absolutely taking advantage of the poor customers. I felt completely robbed. DON’T EVER USE THIS SERVICE.
