Google Bad Review 1: I didn't have a very good experience with moldbusters. It wasn't terrible, the beginning was great! They agreed on a price and stuck with it even after trying to save up enough to fix the mold issue. They cleaned it very well. My only problem is they gave advice on how to fix the issue, which in my opinion they should be knowledgeable about. They said to fix the insulation around the hatch and put “better” ventilation in the attic with bigger gable end vents. Well they came back 6 months later and refused to warranty the work. Although we didnt put better vents on BC we talked with many contractors, roofers etc and they all said it won't fix the issue. We had adequate ventilation. It wasn't until we spoke with a certain contractor that told us we need to fix the soffits on the overhang outside the house on the deck. Well if we have mold all over again within 6 months and they refuse to clean it because we didn't “fix the issue” maybe they should have told us how to fix it correctly in the first place! Their suggestions would NOT have fixed the issue. Main point is, they are good at cleaning the mold, but awful at explaining why you have it or how to fix it. When you spend over $5000 for this, you would expect them to be knowledgeable on how to fix the issue permanently, not just cleaning it.
