Google Bad Review 1: This company was a complete waste of time and money. The person on the phone seemed to be very informative and aware, however when they arrived to assess the mold in person the man was in and out in 5 min , he DID NOT provide a thorough inspection of the mold he was very rude and abrupt and basically walked around and said the obvious that we have a mold issue and then walked out. He didn't provide any information on how or where it could be coming from nor did he offer solutions . He took his money and left. The report came in and was just as unprofessional. It was a 4 page docucement. 1 entire page on a company profile . 2 pages of 4 pictures, and a 4th page with one paragraph that outlined our issue followwd by the rest of the page with more information on why mold is dangerous and why it must be professionally removed . Not to mention the receipt sent to us after our payment for this joke of a document had the wrong amount in it. This inspection and report was a total waste of time. The majority of the report was talking about that company and or mold . Something google can already tell you. Basiclalt I paid someone to tell me the obvious that I had mold , with little to no information on where it could have come from, how long it was there etc. When I called the company to explain I was upset with this report and lack of information they justified their reasons and washed their hands clean leaving me 125$ In the whole and having no choice but to arrange another mold assement. I had another mold company come in and provide me an assement that consisted of 18 pages , this company did this report as a free inspection and estimation and it was much more in depth and thorough and not to mention free! I would stay away from this rip of company as far as I could if I were doing this again!!
