Google Bad Review 1: If I could rate this company as zero I would. I am shocked at the recent demands for payments requested by this company allegedly on behalf of the Landlords to a property which I jointly leasehold. They now want payments for any under letting and a fee of £130 per sub-let and a renewal of £65 for renewing the same name of subtenants on top of the £200 ground rent they receive yearly.
Having just read all other reviews below, clearly this company needs to be reported for grossly unfair dealings. Perhaps the media may also be interested in the exploitative tactics involved.

Google Bad Review (2): OMG – these are cowboys. Please avoid them at all costs. I was trying to find out about the doubling of ground rent and they just kept telling me to chat to a solicitor.

Google Good Review: Wow, looking at other reviews makes me wonder if I spoke to E-M, The lady who helped me was superb, very clear, patient and polite. Since loosing Dad I've had to deal with companies help lines/services. Absolutely perfect, I found an invoice on Dad's old mobile phone asking for ground rent, I knew he paid ground rent but not to who, I phoned them everything made very clear, paid what Dad owed, perfect Many thanks.
