Google Bad Review 1: Booked around 2 months in advance on a specific date before an event, when I arrived I was told that they cant find my booking and I will have to re-book for another day the whole time they implied that its my fault. The actual treatment on the day I have rebooked was up to standard so when I was offered a discount for the next treatment I agreed. The next treatment was cancelled TWICE and 3 months later I am still trying to get my money back. Very unprofessional.

Google Bad Review (2): Awful. Worst mani and pedi I've ever had. Took almost 3 hours, appointment overran and despite it taking this long I didn't receive a full manicure or pedicure. Clinician had another client waiting and asked me to leave so she could see her next client despite her noticing that 5 nails on the pedi were wet, smudged or chipped. No exfoliating, no pumice, no cuticles cut.
Horrible “decor” – just loads of boxes lying everywhere, old furniture lying about and a “reception area” which was two chairs at the bottom of some stairs. Technician throughout kept saying how she hates doing nails and js bad at them….!!
Honestly shocked by how bad this was from start to finish. Would never recommend. Avoid like the plague if you want a decent mani/pedi and feel good about how it looks afterwards
