Google Bad Review (2): I booked in for a training course with brow babe academy and it was confirmed (after much chopping and changing due to lockdowns and trainer being unable to make it). Drove a couple of hours to the training venue and no one was there. Myself and 2 other girls waited outside for quite some time encase there was a mistake on start times. After many contact attempts I had no luck and no one got back to me. A week or so later a story was posted on their Instagram to say all courses were on hold but my course was confirmed and I wasn't told otherwise. I thought this was extremely unprofessional. I had an attempted call from the owner a couple of months later but she never got back to me after. I had paid a couple of grand for the course and had to claim this back through my bank. The salon looks amazing but poor management of training courses.
