Google Bad Review (2): Saw a really great deal on Groupon for this salon, so called the salon to ask if they were accepting Groupon vouchers. The lady I spoke to on the phone asked if I had purchased the voucher yet and upon saying no, she asked me not to purchase it and said that I could pay the same price that I had seen on the Groupon website in store. I told her the price and service that I wanted to come in for and she said she would honour that price that I had seen on the Groupon website and that I just had to pay the salon directly when there. When I arrived, the staff member at reception that carried out my treatment said she could honour the price I had seen on Groupon, for which I had taken a screen shot to show her the price for the service and I also informed her that the lady I had spoken to on the phone had promised me this price. After having my treatment, another lady was on reception and said that they can’t give me the price that I had seen on the Groupon website, despite my showing her the screenshot and the other 2 ladies I had spoken to previously saying they’d honour the price I had seen for the voucher that I had intended to buy (but was asked not to by the lady on the phone). The lady was very rude and just said flat out that it was not possible. Customer service at this place is terrible. To avoid confrontation, I ended up paying the amount that the lady at reception was asking for and upon paying did not even receive a thank you or a goodbye. I will definitely not be returning to this place as they cannot stick to their word and the lady at reception was very rude.
