Google Bad Review 1: I wasn't impressed by this place. I went with quite a serious issue. It was far beyond my ability to assess as a lay person, yet the dentist told me to take the course of action that ‘felt right to me'. I found this odd. I don't want to do what feels right, I want to do what is best for my dental health. I felt that instead of imparting professional advice, they were trying to get me to make a decision based on my feelings. I expected more professional advice and expertise than I got. I also found the dentist I saw to be a bit patronising and not very warm. The whole place has the vibe of a money making machine – it's not very personal.

Google Bad Review (2): Used to be a good practice. Now it’s just a money-making machine with little attention to patient and their needs! My case got lost and mishandled.. terrible service of teeth withenning not going back!
